		<description>for dsl, have a look into speakeasy. they be from seattle,&lt;br /&gt;of course - sort of a geeky option, and possibly not as $$ cheap as some of the other providers that advertise, but more like supporting an independent ISP (so few are left), and more fun really, than the others. hey, static IP #s too.</description>
